BRADAL DRESSEZ strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service.
Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as follows:
1. Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at support@bridaldressez.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order or call us on (438) 875-4433 For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, we will offer a partial refund after charging a cancellation fee. We will not accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
2. Exchange
We will accept exchanges for the wrong style, size, or colour. We will only ship the corrected order along with your next order shipment as our products are imported from INDIA and we have to bear a high cost for international shipping and duties.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.
3. Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for goods But the shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Also please make sure to pay the shipping cost before a refund shipment is made.
